Notification for FormKH
Set up notifications for your storage mode form so you don't have to log in regularly to check for responses!
Why you need this
Save time logging in to Forms to check for responses
Stay on top of form submissions
Notify yourself when a form response comes in
Before you get started, make sure you've signed into FormKH and Nomsa.
Connect the form you wish to receive notifications for
Under "Choose an app", select "FormKH" as the app.
Under "Choose an event", select "New form submission"
Click "Continue" button
Under "Choose connection", click "Add new connection", a modal will pop out.
Enter your Form URL and secret key and click
Click "Submit" and a "Your form is connected successfully." text would appear.
Copy webhook URL from Flow to add in FormKH
Go to the form you're using and send a dummy submission on your form.
Go back to the Flow page
Click on 'Test step' button to see if Flow pulls in the right data. Data pulled in should be what you have just submitted.
You're done with setting up the FormKH integration!
Notify yourself via an email sent by Nomsa
Under "Choose an app" drop, choose 'Nomsa' as the app.
Under "Choose an event", choose "Send email".
Click "Continue" button.
Under "Choose connection" drop down, If you do not have an existing connection, click "Add new connection"
A modal will appear, enter a name for the connection under "Label" (can be anything of your choice)
Enter your email address under "Recipient Email" to receive notifications, if you wish to enter multiple email address, separate them with comma like the examples shown below
Click "Continue" when you're done.
Click 'Test step' to see if your action is working as intended. The recipient email will receive a email in a matter of minutes
You're done with setting up notifications for your form!
